About me

My name is Jessica Wolff. I´m a licensed Personal Trainer, Nutrition- and Wellness Coach, graduated from the Fitness Academy Of Finland.

For the last 10 years I´ve worked with hundreds of clients between the ages 12-80 years old.
I don´t believe that long-lasting results are achieved by going over the limit, or “all or nothing”, whether it’s with nutrition or training. It’s all about finding the balance and flexibility.
I decided to dive deep and not only study the science behind nutrition and training, but also the emotional aspect of it and how all is connected.

It’s important to find the source of the problem in order to work from the inside out. Most programs and diets you find on the internet are designed to work from the outside in. It’s like putting a bandage on an infected wound without treating the infection. It’s takes an enormous amount of energy, willpower and motivation to follow a detailed program, and sometimes all it takes is one night of bad sleep for us to fall off the wagon.
Instead what I focus on with my clients is to step by step build in new habits and routines according to the clients likes and ability, according to their life style, by making a couple of changes at the time.

NUTRITION COACHING

Together, we’ll find out what challenges you face, whether it’s emotional eating, busy schedules, or not knowing much about nutrition, and make small changes that fit your life and preferences. The goal is to create a balanced plan that helps you reach your goals without feeling deprived, letting you enjoy the foods you love in moderation while also adding healthy options that improve your overall health. By developing a positive mindset and making healthy habits gradually, you can become more confident and strong. Join us on this journey where small, easy steps can lead to big and lasting changes!

WELLNESS COACHING

Do you often feel stuck, unhappy, and wish for a change but feel too tired or unsure to make it happen?
In today’s busy world, it’s normal to feel lost in a routine that doesn’t help you. We will look into different parts of your life—work, school, relationships, nutrition and exercise, sleep and recovery, hobbies, and dreams—focusing on what really matters to you. Together, we will examine your current situation to find patterns that hold you back and reveal your hidden potential. I will help you figure out your goals and challenges, give you tools and strategies, and explain what changes you need to make to get closer to your dreams. You choose where you want to go, and I will guide you on this journey towards a happier and more energized version of yourself.

PERSONAL TRAINING

My Personal Training service is available online or in person (in the Helsinki area).
I work at Puls&Träning gym in Jätkäsaari and Ullanlinna, as well as at Töölön Kisahalli, where I help clients with customized workout sessions based on their needs and goals. I also offer home visits and outdoor training, making it easy to fit fitness into your life. Whether you like training at home, in a gym, or outside, I’m here to support you on your fitness journey. My services include assessments, setting goals, and keeping you motivated so you stay on track and reach your desired results.
